I doubt there's more than one woman out there who sees this as op to lock someone up. It's not that serious. Every woman doesn't have malicious intent. People thinking like this is the reason it goes unreportedof course i dont deny that, im sure theres hundreds of unreported cases
but this shyt sounds like a recipe for disaster, all it takes is one c*nt to use this as an opportunity to throw someone behind bars. Incident Details:
On Wednesday 04 February, 2015, at approximately 9:15 PM, Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services were made aware of the following incident:
Approximately fifteen minutes earlier, a subject was reported to be loitering in the men’s washroom located on the second floor of the Mattamy Athletic Centre (MAC) building. Security & Emergency Services located a person matching the description of the subject inside the aforementioned washroom. The suspect, who is believed not to be a Ryerson community member, was subsequently barred from campus. The suspect returned shortly afterwards and was arrested by Security & Emergency Services staff for trespassing.
The suspect is being investigated for potential involvement in incidents on and off campus since November of 2014, including the following:
On Tuesday 03 February, 2015, at approximately 2:30 PM, security staff were made aware of a suspicious person who has been frequenting the MAC building since November, 2014 and engaging in the following behaviours:
- Attempting to interact predominantly with women on various sports teams and following some of them after they had left the building;
- Attempting to place his hand on the shoulder of at least one victim;
- Following victims from the MAC building to the Pitman Hall (PIT) building, and on various public streets - the subject was described to sometimes be walking behind the victims from a distance and at times from the opposite side of the street;
- Approaching victims in MAC and sitting at a table staring at them;
- Engaging victims in unwanted conversation and asking if they wanted to play basketball with him; and
- Observing a women's team practice and following three victims afterwards as they left the building, then approaching and engaging the victims in unwanted conversation.
Further, on Monday 05 January, 2015, Security & Emergency Services were made aware that a subject had attended a victim’s office in the Podium (POD) building, complimented her appearance and engaged her in conversation, speaking about religion. He had reportedly approached her previously in December, 2014 and attempted to schedule an appointment with her. The subject complimented the victim’s appearance and insisted that he only wanted to meet with her. During the holiday break, the victim noted that the subject had attempted to add her as a friend on Facebook. On another date in December, 2014, the subject attended this office area, located on the lower ground floor of the POD building, and specifically asked to speak with this victim.
Incident Details:
On Monday 19 January, 2015, at approximately 1:55 PM, Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services were made aware of the following incident:
Minutes earlier, the victim was approached by the subject in the computer laboratory located on the lower ground floor of the Kerr Hall West (KHW) building. The subject entered the lab, sat next to the victim and attempted to log into the computer several times before turning to and gazing at the victim while he used his hand to reach into his pants and appeared to be masturbating. At this time, the victim stood up, left the area and contacted Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services.
Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services attended and conducted a patrol of the area, but did not locate a person matching the subject’s description. The subject was last observed walking eastbound in the south hallway towards the south-east stairwell. Ryerson Security & Emergency Services conducted safety planning with the victim, a Ryerson community member, who did not want the Toronto Police Service involved at this time.
On Tuesday 20 January, 2015, at approximately 12:10 PM, Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services were made aware of the following incident:
On Monday 19 January, 2015, between approximately 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, the subject approached and sat down beside the victim in the computer laboratory located on the lower ground floor of the Kerr Hall West (KHW) building. The subject used his hand to reach into his pants and appeared to be masturbating while staring at the victim. At this time, the victim turned her back to the subject and the subject then left the area in an unknown direction.
Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services conducted safety planning with the victim, a Ryerson community member, who did not want the Toronto Police Service involved at this time. Ryerson University Investigations & Crime Prevention Office is continuing to investigate these incidents.






Incident Details:
On Sunday 05 October, 2014, at approximately 11:35 PM, Ryerson University Security & Emergency Services were made aware of the following incident:
Minutes earlier, the victim, a Ryerson community member, was getting changed in the south-east women’s washroom, located on the 9th floor of the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRS) building, when she was advised by two witnesses that the subject was peaking inside and watching her change. Upon overhearing this, the subject entered the washroom and was confronted by the victim, to which he responded by telling the victim that he likes to watch girls. The victim told the subject to leave the women’s washroom immediately and the subject complied.
The victim reported no physical injuries and declined medical assistance. Following the response by Security & Emergency Services, a suspect was located and has been barred from campus. The suspect is not believed to be a Ryerson community member.
