I didnt like the Pet Sematary remake at all, but then again I think the premise is so stupid for the story any adaption will he cheesy to me.

That's Stephen King's schtick, though. He'll take the dumbest premise and make it into something horrible and/or terrifying.

Personally, I hope they make the sequel to The Shining, Dr. Sleep, into a movie.
