Most of my business is in the los angeles area. Moved back to the bay area for cannabis based business incubator. This is a license to legally grow cannabis and/or manufacture as in make extracts , edibles etc. Im tempted to do this on my own but need help with rent on a space

Keep in mind you can't get in on the legal market unless you have your own legal medical cards, which if you do, you won't need to buy someone elses.
Rec licenses don't drop until next year so theres really no reason to pay someone for a license that you won't be able to use.
