Can't access the coli website.

I have been expierencing this problem since yesterday.I was lurking the coli and suddenly I can't access it.I tried several browsers, same shyt with all of them.I'm using my mobile internet.
I tried with wifi and theres no problems.Tried with using a proxy program + my mobile internet and it worked again, but its loading slow.

Any ideas @cook

EDIT : i checked my ip 2-3 times and that last number ( 153 ) changes tho, i think its variable.I have no clue if giving my IP helps at all but

Cleared cookies and cache of all browsers, restarted my phone.I even have an android backup from like 2 weeks ago, I did that too.Nothing helped.

I used Set DNS and it worked ! Thanks for the help.Rep when I'm off 40's.
