Can't access thecoli from my home IP

Dont know if i made this thread in the right place but I can't access thecoli from my home IP...In fact I can't even ping the site...

I can access thecoli with my phone LTE but not when I switch to WiFi at home...Wired gives the same problem...Tried multiple devices and browsers but still the same problem...I flushed the DNS, rebooted my router and changed IPs to make sure its nothing on my end but I still can't access the forums...So its either something on y'all end (ip range banned somebody?) or TWC is fukking up...

Been having the same thing all day....and it's been on 2 different networks

Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.thecoli.com

For the last hour or so I'll get that message, then after refreshing a couple of times it's all good again.

3-4 mins later, same thing happens
