can't see my reputation or anything

i never been able to see my reputation, neg or give positive rep to someone since i been on here

when i've tried it said i can't do it or some shyt?

under daps received it doesnt say reputation for me it skips that then goes to coli cash on the side of when u post a message on here underneath your avitar.

i can't see reputation from there or give it out?
