The fact that Yojimbo and Sanjuro are two of my favorite films has me hyped to watch this. Onimusha being Heat only adds to it.

This shyt was way better than I expected. It’s like they mixed Ninja Scroll with Lord of the Rings with surprisingly enough Porco Rosso.

Great writing, good fights, and overall it achieved the mood of those old samurai movies. The world feels desolate, the heroes are overwhelmed. I think outside or the JoJo anime adaption this might be the best anime Netflix has made.

They should of promoted the shyt out of this to get them views for something that deserved it for once.

This really has little to do with Onimusha, and it suffers from the ending falling a bit flat. Still, the fight scenes are pretty good.
