Capitol One credit card ad keeps playing while browsing the coli

I would link it but there's nothing to link. Its happening a lot where i get audio of this annoying ass commercial. Its sounds like a video but its all audio. I check both ad banners, they both say different shyt completely unrelated to capitol one. I wish i could cut the shyt off or pause it but i dont know where its coming from. I know its the coli though cause the tab displays this little speaker icon that tells me something on the page is playing.

i havent gotten it today at all but i did get some spanish ad featuring ricky martin (not even kidding) playing about some sort of contest. couldnt really make out the product they were selling. i only got that one once today though.
