2. Forced audiences to reckon with the fact that these superheroes are WMD level threats to civilians.
3. Highlighted the blowback that comes with the collateral damage done by people who are accountable to nobody other than themselves doing what they believe to be right. Both when it comes to the creation of ultron itself and the people that died when they tried to fix a problem they caused. E.G. American foreign policy in a nutshell.
4. Excellent villain who stole the show. I mean look at this shyt.

1. None of the stakes of the movie felt serious because nobody was gonna kill each other AND they were cracking jokes the entire time while fighting.
2. To the above, everyone (heroes) other than T'Challa sounded the same, like prime Bendis writing
3. The "blowback" was because of fanboy backlash about man of steel obliterating metropolis. It felt like bullshyt.
4. Zemo was fine, but felt extra and honestly a bit boring. He was less interesting than Loki or bucky for example.

There are like 6 Spiderman movies better than this
