I used to drive one like 6/7 years ago

They’re super comfy, nice & durable.

But maintenance is the biggest problem cos parts are expensive & a tad difficult to find unlike other cars.

There’s a reason we have a 100% tariffs on evs from china that cost 10k.

Yes, They were once the same company. Ford had purchased them a few decades ago, along with other brands like Volvo. But they let go of most of their foreign brands a few years ago

It was actually kind of funny to hear people say Volvos were safer or jaguars had better parts when they were in the same supply chain as a Ford fusion.

No automaker makes 100% of their parts. Not even hand built Ferrari's..

My brother needed a hard to find clutch part for an older Jag, and they were costing an arm and a leg..someone just said quit wasting money on Jag parts and just use Ford parts.

It wasnt the rebrand that killed them it was the lackluster redesign of the car...Car could have looked way better and they went with minimalist styling.
