Car breh's, why are Land Rover/Range Rover's so shytty from a reliability standpoint?

I don't get it, their whole mantra is based off of 4X4 or luxury, so why do the cars break down so easily at their price point?

Design-wise, I think that is my wife's favorite vehicle, but I cant tell you how many time i have heard ppl complain about theirs always bein in the shop.

She should stick with GM

Anybody who tells you they are an SUV and they're name isn't Jeep or Hummer is lying to you and actually selling you a minivan with 4 wheel drive.
They'd be vying for lucrative military contract like real suv companies do otherwise.
