Brehs I have damage in one of my 28 inch low profile tires is it possible that I can have it filled in with a sealant?

understand; usually the tyre size is not identified by inches, for example 225/45/17 would be the common standard by how the dimensions of a tyre is measured, In millimeters. 225 is the width of the tyre(what actually makes contact w/asphalt) 45 is the sidewall height and 17(inch) is the rim diameter + the obligatory alphabits thrown in there to identify other standards of measure such as speed and wear.

I "push" a set of 17 inch OEM wheels mounted onto W rated Yokohama Advan Tyres currently hugging a Honda Euro R or Acura TSX as this particular model auto is badged & sold in the States... Mated to a snappy 6 speed gearbox, Bloody fun.
