He should. What can he gain by staying? He played in arguably the biggest three games any player could play in: a conference title game, a playoff game, and a national championship game.
There's no guarantee he'd be a top pick in 2016. What if he gets injured, what if he regresses due to partying all summer, what if Barrett beats him out for the job, etc.
He'll be drafted in the 2nd-4th round, likely to a good team, and spend the next couple years being groomed to replace a good QB.
Most likely he gone. Which is probably his best move. Not guaranteed to start next year, kiper got him going second round. Go get that money and sit a couple years learning a pro system

That's what I hope that he gets behind a good team and could sit and learn hopefully that's the case but if he gets fed to the wolves early it could be a bad choice

He's smart to go... his stock will never be higher and it's not like staying another year under Urban Meyer is gonna prepare him for the NFL. Meyer QB's are 
in the NFL.
Plus he's still an unknown.. which helps him in the NFL.. another year in college means more film to potentially pick apart his game.
But he needs to sit on the bench for a couple years in the NFL before a team even thinks of playing him.
