I was going to say the same thing. Cardi is kind of like a female Ludacris. People listen for the delivery and the one liners. I listened to those songs in OP and shorty is nice but I don't hear any quotables. And for female rappers to breakthrough to women they need those quotables. She bad though

Well, the fact that she raps more in Spanish, compared to Cardi, will be an issue because you won't be able to understand those one liners if you don't speak.

Cardi B and her team knows how to make crossover records and how to reach both fanbases. Melii is new in that regard, but as I said, time will tell.
