Have any of you heard of Results-Only Work Environment™ (ROWE™) or work in that type of environment? If so, how is it like? Do you like it, if so why? And what are the cons.
I am considering a job that has this work environment style but I don't anyone that has had experience with this work style. It sounds amazing but wanted to know from those who have direct experience.
