I sometimes laugh at my boy who has a stay-at-home girlfriend making $90K. But hey.. it works for them and im happy for them.

Unless im swimming in $200K or more per year my woman better find herse'f a job that helps with our expenses.

• I dont buy expensive clothes or sneakers (other than a suit i dont own any clothing OR SHOES that cost $100)
• My VW's been paid off since 2011
• I dont own a video game console so no buying games every 2 weeks
• I have basic cable enough to watch ESPN and Comedy Central

Only thing i splurge on is... i eat out a lot and i like nice restaurants. Outside of that im just a poor black man trying to make it with my $81K a year

This isn't true. Black men largely brought home most of the money. Black women did odd jobs. Why would black mothers and black grandmothers tell their daughters to "go to school and become educated so they don't have to depend on some man" if they were breadwinners back then?

Black women worked odd jobs and part time jobs. Mostly as care takers, cleaning, working in white households. Stop acting like there were millions of self-sufficient independent black women back in the 30s, 40s, 50s. They still depended on the black man for income....this is why black women in modern day were pushed to "have their own" so they wouldn't have to depend on a man like their grandmothers did, along with black men abandoning their families and forcing women to become providers.

my wife is at the crib now, taking care of our infant son. She can't wait to get back into the workforce. It won't be a rush though when it's time for her. That statistic of the joint family income, I exceed that myself so we are comfortable. Her money made will be savings/401k/travel/fukkoff money, to add to that now.

This is exactly what I imagine for myself. I make 6 figures but I want no parts of a woman who can't bring in income. She doesn't have to make more than me or be balling but she needs to have skills that can generate more than minimum wage. Two adults no reason why we BOTH shouldn't be stacking the savings/401K/kids college funds/travel money.

But most of you coli ninjas don't want to spend money on women so, you're ok with paying the rent, all the bills, her clothes, her upkeep and any children you might have? Can't have it both ways, either you want a woman who contributes financially to the household, or you become a man that makes enough money, (75-100k+ a year) to find yourself a housewife.

Nikkas don't even want to pay for dates and dinner for a chick but they want to finance another grown ass persons entire lifestyle on top of children.

Nothing wrong with wanting to be the SOLE provider for a FAMILY but a lot dudes think they about that lifestyle are NOT. Getting pissed when you check your bank account that only you contribute too and see charges for clothes and other women shyt because your woman has no basic spending money.

I've seen dudes become bitter and get overwhelmed. It's like having another child except the person is an adult. And if the marriage doesn't work out for whatever reason you're fukked because she'll be the helpless "housewive" who you'll have to help her become "independent". On the flip had a homey get divorced both him and the ex worked she got NO ALIMONY or spousal support because they said she could support herself and he actually made more than her but she made like 50k a year him 75k.

I don't necessarily agree with OP but I believe feminsmm is not possible without tyranny. Meaning in order for woman to be equal in a "civilized" society there must be a system of tyranny put in place that oppresses the poor and uses the corrupt to enforce draconian laws.

Throughout human history women were no more than cattle used to sire the next generation and used as helpmeet for the men they served. Wars were fought and the victors would kill all the males and take the captured women as wives or concubines. These harsh realities in most cases forced woman towards a strong protective man to ensure theirs survival.

I'm a career woman and I don't mind submitting to my man...so you can have both. I like taking on the traditional role of being a woman, but my fiance doesn't expect it and he shows appreciation for what I do since we are both working. He does makes more than I do, and whats wrong with that? I don't see how a woman can submit to a man when she's the provider/ breadwinner, I would feel like a mother more than a lover. I'm supposed to let someone have the final say on financial decisions with MY money? Women submit easier to someone who they look up to. If I am more successful than you, that may be hard to do. For the record, I never sought out a man to provide for me, that's why I took my ass to school and majored in something I thought could afford me the lifestyle I desired on my own. I never saw myself being miss Susie homemaker but when you meet the right man, sometimes it just comes natural and you don't mind, maybe even enjoy it . Your standards for a woman don't seem very high so finding your ideal mate really shouldn't be that hard.
A lot of women on welfare would LOVE a man like you to Seems like you just want someone you can control. Hope you don't mind paying alimony to continue to support her after the divorce
