Understand that there's some person strafing these moments with a camera/phone and it goes from having fun to taking on performative elements.Damn people having fun and loving life. How dare they.![]()

I'm not trying to hear all that. In just about every aspect of daily life in public some one is strafing with a smartphone. We are talking about a group of people who have clearly gathered together for the purpose of enjoying "Boots on the Ground" with some two steppin and fan poppin. nikkas that don't like it can just move around. It pops up on social media? Just keep scrolling. I don't get what the issue is. It would be different if these folks were popping up in the middle of a restaurant while people are trying to eat and all of a sudden the fans come out a poppin. Ok. THAT is a bit much. But every boots on the ground moment I have seen has been of people at some sort of get together having fun, enjoying themselves and minding their business. Then some incel comes running in talm'bout "I'll shole be glad when this trend is over with."Understand that there's some person strafing these moments with a camera/phone and it goes from having fun to taking on performative elements.
Which is exhausting because it asks you to become a part of the experience.
Some ish just happens and it's dope enough on its own.
The lookatme aspect isn't necessary or welcome, I'm finding.
