Carter 2 was the beginning of his decline but the best all around album. The Mobb is definitely his best intro, if not the best intro ever.

I really like the drought series and the first 2 dedication installments (as well the SQ tapes and suffix, prefix, lil weezy ana too) but I don't think it can fukk with these because not all the production is original. I always had a problem rating projects that don't feature at least 75% or more original production.

All i know is that C3 should have been his classic that everyone says he doesn't have if he could have released some of those leaked tracks. That was Wayne at his absolute best before he started slowly falling off.
