Casual outfit ideas (other than H&M)

What are some other clothing stores where I can cop some casual clothes at? I'm pushing 24 and have the casual look on lock but I'm going to vegas in a couple weeks and realize I don't have any nice chinos, or button downs I can wear to the club.

H&m has been my go to but I'm looking for a step up. I know Express is ok but it's kinda pricey, a breh is on a budget
