#catset, why is my cat sitting at the window howling?

he does this every night when i open the window.

i got him and his sister out of jail (the cat shelter) and they're both fixed... so its not that

hes not lonely either. hes got a cat tree and a sister to play with.

they're both healthy according to the vet.

i cant figure it out.. its just the male doing this

Catset is weird, he might just be bored . Does he seem to have a lot of energy? Granted he’s got a playmate so that should curb the boredom some but he may just have extra energy. Or could be seeing something from the window that’s got him riled up.


Our cat used to be indoor/outdoor and would start yowling at like 2am because he wanted to go out - likely after seeing some animal from the window.
