Then Love in the mix with CWebb, Sheed, Kemp, Pau, Bosh, Amare, Brand, Kemp and em.... You can def make a case for him wit any of em.... All of em got they flaws too specially when they was the best player on they teams too.

Prime Love was givin you 25/13/3 on 44/36/81 and multiple All NBA 2nd (prime Bron and KD had the 1st teams locked up for forwards for a while). Leading league in rebounds, dominant scorer and one of the best spacing bigs of all time. There a reason Bron traded Wiggins who had IMMENSE hype and was HIGHLY coveted by everyone for his potential back then immediately to get Love when he went back to Cleveland.

This dude tripping, no Love isn't in the conversation fir GOAT10 power forwards...

Love's prime was his last year in Minnesota + first four Cleveland years. Granted, his best year period was '14 in Minnesota. But he shed weight and got in better shape in Cleveland, became a more committed defender, improved his j, and in that 5 years was still 19/10 (the 5 years prior he was 17/12)...

Love at his peak was a 3x All-Star and only once made the All-NBA team. At his best he was the third option on a championship team. If you think anything before '14 was the best Love then you are conceding that the best Kevin Love was taking you to The Lottery annually...and that's not GOAT nothing...

The best Kevin Love was a #3 on a championship team. Not worthy of any kind of GOAT10 consideration because we've seen better #3's on title teams (Worthy, Chief, Ray Allen, etc). But he'll be in Springfield--->I wouldn't vote him in but my standards are higher than Basketball Hall's--->and he'll most likely get his 0 retired in Cleveland...

I do hope he wins this Finals and ultimately part of his story will be, every time he made the playoffs, he made The Finals, and winning 2 championships never looked bad for anyone. It'll be part of his narrative when he retires whether it's a fair one or not...

Love has had a good career and deserves respect for staying in Cleveland when he could have went to a contender years ago. He stayed in Cleveland for years battling injuries on a bad team. He deserves to play his last few years on a team whose aspirations are higher then making the 2nd round.

He suffered from the same thing Bosh did when he went from #1 to #3 on a lebron team

Will be interesting to see if he goes to the hall. Maybe not first ballot but I think he gets in.

That’s revisionist history considering the fact that Cleveland would have moved on from him years ago, but couldn’t find a taker because of his contract and injuries without adding sweetners.

It wasn’t necessarily by choice.

he’s probably on the outside looking in. He’s got a good resume but I don’t know if it’s good enough. Another championship could definitely help the case tho. Since it’s the basketball HOF and not the NBA HoF it would’ve helped if he won a championship at UCLA too. Him and Westbrook should’ve won it that year

If they truly wanted him gone and he wanted to leave they could have made it happen. Worse players with worse contracts have gotten traded since forever.
