I don't get how you're using blocks as a measure of athleticism, especially since Tim Duncan and Pau Gasol are in the top 10, both guys are old as fukk and not very explosive. Dude isn't even the most athletic center in the league right this second, he jumps high sure but there are bigs that jump higher and are quicker, the difference is they don't have CP3 setting them up for lobs.
