Got an LG Optimus F3 & hacked it a bit (root, super user, titanium backup to restore app data & settings). It has a small, 4 inch display. Won't be mistaken for a late model Samsung by the Harlem thief.

Will play with customized ROMs and overclock the processor later. Must practice a bit on an old, cast-off motorola triumph first.

At least one burly black drug dealer in a huge winter coat loiters inside this Harlem restaurant, openly discusses product quality with colleagues/associates, watches foot traffic pass, and takes orders by cell phone. O_e (I did not overhear product varieties and exact price quotes before he left to make the next delivery.)
