An interesting story.
A few months ago I was debating with this guy at work.
Someone was asking about weightlifting.
And then he asked what is harder bodybuilding or powerlifting.
My answer was bodybuilding.
Then another guy goes: " What??? You think powerlifting is easy???
I responded: " no i never said that, i just said bodybuilding is harder"
He replied: "Powerlifting aint friggin easy man it takes years of dedication"
He wouldnt let it go.
See i never said powerlifting was easy, but that is what we have become.
A society with knee jerk reactions expecting someone who disagrees with you to be on complete extreme opposite side of the spectrum.
There is no middle ground or a full spectrum with multiple checkpoints.
Its the same with politics.
If I say a democrat is corrupt someone will say oh u a Trump supporter.
I see such people who have gone so deep down the rabbit hole that they are now extremists philosophically.
Simply because.... All they see is extremes!
