Too early to tell, but I'd say Nic Batum, It'll really depend on whether he can add on to his frame as he gets older.
Even that is best case huh looks extremely skinny and raw but in this draft I'm sure the raptors will take him top 5

The biggest issue is his jumper needs to be rebuilt. Release point is low, but his use of euro-step to create space and get clean layups around the hoop...
And he looks to create, and his defensive potential is .... massive.
Draft looks terrible, it needs to be 2014 already
