It's gonna be ok...we'll suck for a while but ya'll know how this shyt goes. Dynasty...fall of....dynasty....fall off

Why you think they hate us? Cause they know. That feeling...knowing that your team gotta compete with other teams and win as much as possible before that window closes and the Yankees get their act together and become contenders and start winning chips again.

I ain't saying that ol boy served one up to jeter, but that was a BP fastball. kinda like how chan ho park didn't really serve one up to ripken.

I remember Ripken's last game in the BX, Yankees gave him this big ceremony but it rained that day so alot of folks didn't show

Clemens gave Ripken 1st Pitch BP fastball, he hit it to the Warning Track.

the disrespect of bernie continues:mjcry:

no official jacket:mjcry:

rarely gets mentioned because of the gimmicky core 4:mjcry:

gets a ceremony after the others despite being all-time homegrown great:mjcry:

jeter gets a $12 million deal, yet they told bernie to settle for a ST invite:mjcry:

never got a proper sendoff:mjcry:

yet shows up multiple times a year because he's class personified:mjcry:

yo the crazy sh*t is was Bernie was the best player on the 96 -98 teams...so for half the dynasty.. !
Not Tino, Not Paulie, Not Posada, not Jeter, ...it was Bernie

During the 1998 season, in which the Yankees went 114–48 to set a then American League regular season record, Williams finished with a .339 average, becoming the first player to win a batting title, Gold Glove award, and World Series ring in the same year.

in fact, I argue all day you can take Posada out and put Bernie in as the real Core #4 ....Posada had no part of that 96 championship...he didn't even start..

One of the greatest moments I've ever witnessed and you couldn't have scripted it any better...We were ready to storm the field and kill that fakkit Robinson but the captain came through...

For one night that fukking corporate museum in the bronx truly felt like Yankee stadium...A fitting finale to an era of greatness and the final good night before the darkness commences...We winning 60 games next season brehs...:sadbron:

Thank you Derek...:salute:

Completely agree. I love Bernie. He gets a raw deal.

The Core Four business didn't start until '09. If only Bernie could have held on :sadcam:

Bernie should be in the HOF. '95-'02 was an excellent prime, along with the postseason records

Bernie and Donnie are both borderline...

Neither will sadly ever get in...
