Im about to turn 32 and worked in construction most of my adult life
The pay is ok but I'm sick of being in the field all day
Waking up at 430am, carrying heavy shyt, up and down ladders, on my feet all day
I get home and don't wanna do shyt

Im not stupid, but I really have no formal education
And I have no time to go to school
I got kids and bills and livin in NYC ain't cheap
And I ain't really trying to leave

Any of ya ever just change career paths like that?
At this age?
How did it go?

The only way out of that is going to school breh. My guess would be you wouldn't be able to make the kind of money you're making now, somewhere else without an education.

The way they've set it up these days college isn't a labor intensive task as it once was. You can take one or two classes a semester online
