So are gonna act like the NFL isn’t filled with nostalgia too? shyt I remember the mid 2000’s people talking about how soft it was compared to the 80’s and 90’s.
The NFL has nostalgia but the media and ex players still celebrate the present and don't put down the game.
The NBA has a major issue with narrative. They have legends constantly degrading the players/product like their words won't eventually infect the mind of the audience.
The quality of NFL coverage is far superior. They put guys like Ryan Clark, Foxworth, Swagu, and Jason Kelce on TV. They can show personality and speak on the X's and O's. Meanwhile the NBA will put Shaq on TNT to be a buffoon. SAS is an NBA guy and we know his schtick. ESPN hired Perk.
I don't agree with Channing saying the NBA is going back to teams over players. That's not happening when we've had around 40 years of pushing players.
