Chapelle & Chris Rock Surprise Performance (NO VIDEO)

According to the Comic's Comic, attendees of New York's Comedy Cellar last night were in for a treat following the last scheduled performer, as Dave Chappelle took the stage for a 45 minute set. And just as Chappelle was wrapping up, Chris Rock jumped on stage to join him, remarking "You lucky mother f^$%!rs."



The two apparently fed off each other for about an hour, touching on Seth MacFarlane and the Oscars, Prince (of course), and Jay-Z & Barack Obama. After joking about how funny it'd be for people to see the two of them with another celebrity out doing something completely random and normal like eating spaghetti at 3am, Chappelle got Rock to text Hova to see if he was down... unfortunately to no response. But Chappelle and Rock didn't stop there, calling and leaving voicemails for Lenny Kravitz and Arsenio Hall. And before the evening was over, Marlon Wayans even made a surprise appearance - who they naturally invited on stage to join them for about 15 minutes before Wayans and Rock left the stage.



Over the course of the evening, Chappelle and Rock even toyed with the idea of a tour together, "This could be the show," said Chappelle, "Fireside chats with Chris Rock." Hell yeah! Lock it down fellas. We can only hope this is a glimpse of a future project between Chappelle and Rock, be it a tour or flick. No doubt these two comedic geniuses would deliver on something hilarious.

Hopefully, a bootleg will leak.
