I like how Bjelicia has played. He's their crunch time 4 and he's been a more physical rebounder than I would have thought. His offensive game will come around as he gets more comfortable. He's our 2nd best perimeter shooter behind Martin :snoop:

But Bazz needs those Tayshaun minutes now. He can ignite the offense with the way he crashes the offensive glass and runs the floor. Prince does not offer enough defensively to play 20 minutes while providing 0 offense

Blowing a 17 point lead to a less talented team is never pretty, but god damn, the shooting was awful last night.

I need Baz starting instead of Prince. He offers very little while he's on the court. Not seeing much but size and slowness from Bjelica to this point.

The lineup could be Towns/Bjelicia/Bazz/Wiggins/Rubio :ehh:

Tayshaun needs to :camby:

also KG is useless on the court, he need to be there but still.

Wiggins gotta improve, he has so much obvious talent, his first step and spin move is still the best in the league. he needs to hit his shots, but at least he gets to the line and can defend

lavine is up and down as fukk but you gotta take his energy

Towns :wow: HOF lock

God damn, how long we gonna keep forcing the square Lavine peg into the round PG hole :dahell:

I was at the game last night and the rotations were truly confusing and terrible. Nobody in the starting lineup played well or with much energy but the bench unit was even worse. It was a Lavine turnover or a Kevin Martin shot :snoop:

I liked what I saw out of Bjelicia again. Rebounded well, stopped Bosh from getting an easy dunk at the rim, would get the ball at the top of the key and make a move to the basket and got a couple nice kick out passes that never turned into anything, but he and Shabazz were the two most active guys out there. Whiteside manhandled Towns but thats gonna happen to the kid when he plays real deal centers with the size and strength combo.

I dont know what message Mitchell was trying to send but I'd rather Wiggins and Towns keep laying bricks out there and work through this shyt then to see Kevin Martin never look to pass and throw up some 21 1/2 foot leaning jump shot. :pacspit:

God this team is so frustrating

There is SO much potential here but it's so many great athletes yet to tap into the potential of being a great cohesive team and mastering the fundamentals of shooting, defending, and rebounding

LaVine is starting to find a stroke in recent weeks but still plays too out of control and turnover-prone. Wiggins is also freakishly athletic and aggressive offensively but also lacks great handle and body control. Shabazz Muhammad is even worse with that. Towns is the best basketball player on the team in terms of combining athleticism with actual skill, but the offense isn't running through him as often as it should.

And we have no knock down shooters. K Mart is struggling mightily, Rubio fukking STILL can't shoot his way out of a paper bag. Wiggins, LaVine, and Bazz are still developing jumpers and handles but for now are better athletes than bball players.

It is honestly maddening watching this team (with the league pass I try to tune in most nights, including right now getting their asses whooped by a winless team). No shooters, no perimeter defense, all potential/athleticism, still developing basketball skills. I've never seen a team whose best perimeter players all lack consistent J's and ball protection, and if they had them, the team would be damn near unstoppable offensively. Our best jump shooter is a fukking rookie 7 foot center and some foreign dude who jacks up as many bad shots as good ones.

Right now getting fukking run off the floor by Philly.. Okafor going to work tonight

And here we go, climbed back into the game but pissing it all away in the 4th because we can't hit the broad side of the barn. Jesus this team is in such desperate need of shooters. How can every single perimeter player on this team suck at jump shooting?
