Charity/Volunteer work you've done/dream about doing.

I would love to get involved with doing some volunteer work in Africa or South America. I don't mean work as far as spreading religion, I mean as far as charitable giving, building and empowering. I'm pretty sure some people here have had some great experiences doing volunteer work abroad. Do you have any recommendations of credible groups/churches? Please post pictures of your travels and work.

For those that haven't done any like myself, post some places that you would like to travel to for work.
