i agree to some extent. i think this could be the preview of a new golden era. we seeing a handful of artist that could carry the tourch.

I think creativity is high, you got quality artists moving big units, and the indie thing is rocking too. we gotta see tho

I agree.. hip hop was pretty dry for a while, and its nice to see all these newer talented artists.

It's possible. If anything we're finally beginning to see that "balance" a lot of fans were desperately seeking a few years ago. Moreover, the margin that existed between ringtone fodder/average to above average Hip-Hop is finally decreasing. Trust me, it's no accident that three different threads celebrating the end of the ringtone era popped up last week.lol. Long story short:

K.R.I.T.
Kendrick
Drake
Cole
Wale
Tyler
A.S.A.P.
Future

and a host of other artists have the potential to usher in a new, but most importantly, diverse era that offers quality music on a more proportionate scale. Oh, and nikkas do not need to refer to this new movement as a "golden era"; that's just stackin' the deck against these nikkas.lol.

I agree with him. You have the legendary figures still working in Nas and Jay and Ye and TI and Wayne etc., you have the vets perhaps a tier below them with a chance to make themselves legendary with another classic or whatever like Lupe, Ross, Jeezy etc. Then, you have the new generation of dope artists that have either emerged or are emerging in Drake, Cole, Kendrick, Wale, Sean etc., and in addition to all of that you have other terrific artists trying to crack the young dude tier in Schoolboy Q, Soul, Joey Badass etc. and in addition to that, you have dope ass underground artists like Danny Brown, Alley Boy, Rocko etc. There are literally too many dope artists and actually too many dope lanes for me to even mention right now. To me, rap is in a terrific space at the moment. It's not the greatest era rap has ever seen, but it's a damn good one.

You need to work on your interviewing.

Watch Dj Vlad his good

he does off camera .. prompt quesiton .. then just has the person talk. i do more conversational. imma challenge and provide feedback to guide the conversation rather than just record ur responses.

on current event issues i do that but things like hip hop or if we talking about something its gonna be a back and forth exchange.

anyway what is ur suggestion to improve

Its a good interview.

But i dont think people want to hear the interviewee
view on stuff, we rather hear more the person thats getting interviewed.

You asked simple questions instead of going deeper or more interesting. Seems like a prepared
interview with no real questions.

You see how Howard stern does interviews that conversational and he asks interesting questions but
it seems like his having a real convo with them dudes,

Constructive critisim

i rather it be conversational and to have some input .. to me its kinda lame when all u do is ask question. you gotta be able to agree or disagree.

i love howard stern interviews. i will def take note.

appreciate the criticism.
