The world and the way people consume media has changed. A degree isn't as important as just getting moving not with how fast media moves now. Research can be done with the Internet.

The Blaze was heavily funded by Glenn Beck FYI. You're not gonna recreate something like the blaze using a couple webcams and a basement studio. Unless Charlemagne is planning to put the money up to get something like that popping, all we'll have is low budget YouTube news channels.

It's actually not an excuse breh. TheBlaze is an multi million dollar corporation with an owner that's worth 9 figures and is currently raising 40 million dollars in additional funding. If you want that type of quality and reach, you're gonna have to put the money into it so it looks just as good as the competition.

There's already tons of black media/news shows on YouTube and damn near all of them have low production quality and basic, rudimentary journalism because they don't have the money for staff (writers, producers, journalists, engineers, videographers, etc) or equipment (cameras, lighting, mics, cranes, etc).

Look at the advise show for example. He's doing his thing but this is low quality as fukk.

and the only way to "end" racism is to make the repercussions for racism severe, similar to how antisemitism is currently. You'll never be able to convince someone to stop being racist, no matter how many videos you make

scientific papers show the extent and ways that racism manifest itself. For example, Without scientific papers we'd never know that employers discriminate based on white-sounding vs black sounding names. Now that we know we can do something about it.

We can do the back and forth all day on this. It's the polarizing content that has the negative loud rude racists front and center. Negativity and conviction are powerful tools.
