isn't he diagnosed with something? bipolar or schizophrenia, you're not really supposed to drink medicated or not.

charles blamed it on weed on twitter, but i highly doubt it was weed.

unless he went psychotic off it. too many issues mixed with the randomness of drugs, I guess. I doubt it's just weed, too.
