CLASSIC album from a pure genius. Not sure what I'd say is the best jazz album I've heard but it's easily in the conversation.

If you want to read some wild shyt def check out his autobiography, Beneath the Underdog. Very troubled, brilliant man who spent much of his career fighting against forces outside his control. Racism, landlords, jazz establishments.

:salute:One of The GOATS. The way he combined his artistic talent with activism should be an example for black artist to this day. He probably sacrificed financial secuirty going down his path because he had the talent to do anything.
