The only thing that took some of my friends from the hood was college and trade schools. I’m not even talking about university either. I knew people who leveled up in life just by obtaining an associates degree. At a small community college.
This anti college attitude comes from millennials who wasted their 20’s doing jack shyt. Now they’re in their 30’s and the idea of being a full or part time student while maintaining job and family seems too hard.
Instead of sucking it up and putting the work in they join LLC Twitter, pyramid schemes, or try to start podcasts. Even worse you have people running around calling themselves bosses and CEO’s but have no employees.
It’s easy to talk down on college because they’re insecure and don’t have the mental fortitude to see it through.
