This is one of the funniest videos I've seen in a minute.
Basically says the "No Snitching" rule is a self-inflicted wound that has helped cripple the community and teaching young black kids it's okay to tell will help get the street nikkas terrorizing the communities out of the paint.
Also says the streets have never once been honorable so snitching should be seen as part of the game.
