I think it’s partly a generational thing. I didn’t realize how young they were

Whatever reasons led up to this, it is funny that the “empathy for the wife and family” angle was immediately countered with the reality of her grifting and doubling down on hate.

Man I still remember watching this on DVD with my dad and stepmom 23 years ago when I was almost six, and we all started laughing our asses off at this blooper at the same time. Good times, one of those rare moments of actual family time.
