It’s been amazing seeing the reactions of cacs and revisionist history. People are going on like this man was a revolutionist and a man of the people. As opposed to a racist who viewed black people as lesser than whites. You're right. I think we're going to see an uptick in social and political figures being attacked. It's unfortunate IMO. To me with political attacks there's always this compounding effect. Meaning today it was someone you disliked tomorrow it could be someone you politically aligned with and admired. So the laughing today turns into tears and sorrows tomorrow.

I'm not tone policing anyone though.

I think this entire thing is incredibly weird
Firstly did you know he wasn't shot in the neck?
He was shot on his shoulder but he was wearing a bullet proof vest and the bullet ricocheted onto his neck.

The type of weapon that was used, the lens, the wind, and then the fact that two people may have been in on it, one guy claimed he was the shooter and screamed shoot me shoot me, and another guy too.

As if they were all trying to immortalize his name and all had a phone call about it. I strongly doubt that Bill Clinton, Obama, Bush, Biden all didn't have a phone call first and then release the tweet, ain't no way! They discussed this first.

I agree with this 100%. I didn't speak on it the other thread but I think this is the most logical reaction in my view. He was a an unapologetic racist, homophobe, and likely an anti-semite who advocated for vile policies in this country and should be remembered as such. All of these media outlets particularly the "left-leaning" ones eulogizing him in this a-historical manner are doing their viewers a tremendous disservice to say the least. They keep enabling all of hateful rhetoric then wonder why we have a growing section of society that is paranoid schizophrenic with easy access to guns ready to act out on all their "fears".
