Chinese, Italian and Japanese cuisine have great presentation, and the former two have a ton of flavor.

Japanese food is good, too, but they're very light with the spices.

Another thing is that all three of them have certain foods that are a gimme: Spaghetti, fried rice, dumplings, ramen, etc. You can't go wrong with those at all.

China has itself at 95 but not anyone else over 68.

Latin countries only mess with their own circles’ food (Italy, Spanish, Mexican and Argentinian).

Japan not trying to sugarcoat anything.

Saudi Arabia didn’t give a single score above 90, not even itself.

Problem with these scores is.....are people rating food based on authentic offerings or b*stardized dishes?

Example - most people say they love "Italian" food, but does that mean shyt people actually eat in Italy or does that mean Americanized lasagna, deep dish or NYC style pizza etc.

Chinese food - do people mean chicken feet, sticky rice and hot pot soup or do they mean Lo Mein, General Tso's chicken and such?

ADOS, Caribbean and East/West African food won't get much shine because there aren't as many b*stardized versions of it. Creole is the only style that's somewhat more widely known....but it's mostly an American thing. People in London ain't eating shrimp Creole, gumbo and fried catfish.
