and they're all over middle and lower middle class black neighborhoods preying on people. Alot of states regulate this shyt now anyways. Anyways the best thing to do is probably just stop making payments and let that shyt go to a collection agency or even go to court and work out a payment plan on that principle. in the fine print of alot of those loans they tell you that you can stop the automatic payments and make manual payments. if you're taking out payday loans your credit probably trash anyways.

i still have no fukking idea how predatory lending is legal in the US. you honestly get better rates and service from loan sharks at this point

I used pay day loans a few times. The first couple of times I paid the full amount. The third time I forgot the due date and that shyt went from $300 to $600
