We ain't doing it like this anymore outside of Rocksteady and that's old heads. We just happy to be considered the "originators" of this while everyone else takes it further, keeps it going, and gains fame and notoriety eventually leaving us in the back as just a footnote.

Koreans, Japanese, and Filipinos been heavy in the b-boy scene and turntablism scene for a while since the 90s. You go to a DMC competition (no one cares about that shyt anymore despit how hugely influential it was to hip-hop culture in the 80s and 90s) and it's majority white and asian. That part of hip-hop culture along with graffiti has been deemed irrelovent by the masses since the 80s when the MC/rappers superceded them all.
Why hate on people that actually care about it and are doing it like that, I will never know. To each their own though.
