Gabrielle Union shared new bikini pictures to Instagram as she quarantines at home with her family.

- Union has always had a regular fitness routine, where she emphasizes lower-body exercises.
As she quarantines at home, Union shared a collection of bikini photos to Instagram after having a photoshoot with husband Dwyane Wade and step-daughter Zaya. On her Instagram feed, the Breaking In actress posted a solo shot in a tiny string bikini—and her glutes look incredibly toned. “Time for the Wine Down! Cheers to the weekend good people,” she captioned the post.
She also showed off her natural hair, which was tied up with a scarf. “Get it,” commented Tia Mowry, while Joanna “JoJo” Levesque wrote, “Howwwww.” Even though Wade was right there when the photo was taken, he couldn’t help but drop a “” in the comments.
Union also shared romantic photos of her and Wade at sunset in a follow-up Instagram post. In the pics, she’s hanging at the edge of the pool with her legs in the water while her husband stands in the pool—and they look so in love! Comment after comment called them “goals.”
But she didn’t stop there. The actress also shared the remaining bikini pictures to her Instagram stories, and her abs stole the show.

So, what does Union do to stay so fit at 47? Well, she practically lives at the gym. Pre-quarantine, Union and Wade would hit up Heart & Hustle Gym in L.A., and they would share their regular workouts to Instagram.
In early March, Union shared videos to her Instagram Stories while she went through her 6 a.m. morning workout. The actress used dumbbells, hand weights, a medicine ball, and a Plyobox to work her arms, inner thighs, legs, and abs. She ended the workout with some cardio on a stair stepper machine.
Union also partnered with the fitness app FitOn, which offers free workouts focused on cardio, HIIT, dance, yoga, and Barre by trainers including Cassey Ho, Jeanette Jenkins, and more.
In December, she shared a video to Instagram with a lower body workout using the app. Union went through an intense lower body workout featuring squats and lunges. (She also promised that daughter Kaavia James will make a cameo in future workout videos, and we’re so here for that.)
Apparently, Union loves to target her lower body. “There are some old faithfuls I’ve been doing my whole life: squats and lunges,” she told Women’s Health. “They’ve never really failed.” She also told the outlet she does six minutes of cardio per session.
And, aside from her husband, Union likes to go to the gym solo. “As the workout phases come and go, I’ll try everything," she said. “Nothing, not one thing, has stuck. I’ve tried kickboxing, cardio barre, I’ve tried a SoulCycle class...I’m not a class person.”
However her routine changes, it’s certainly working!
