man, Amazon about to screw over UPS & Fedex.

Their plan is to put small Amazon warehouse centers in every major metro area, stock each center with the most ordered items and then have nikkas deliver directly for Amazon. Have your shyt delivered in 1-3 hours after you order.

this isnt far off from what they do, but its for a good reason. that amazon flex shyt is a scam....they say $18 an hour for a 4 hour block, but they will load you up with packages that will take you longer than 4 hours to deliver, especially in a small car, so even when you arrive at a house, it will take you a minute to dig through and find the right one since there isnt any time to organize them. also, when you arrive at the facility to get your packages there is usually a line. so if your block is 12-4, you probably wont even get out of there until 12:45 then still have at least 4 hours, but likely more, of packages to deliver. then you have to bring packages you couldnt deliver back. so your 4 hour block can easily end up being 6-8 hours, but youre only getting 72 bucks for it, AND you used your own car and gas. shyt is barely above minimum wage when you break it all down.

cause you work long hours with little breaks. but that's literally every warehouse/factory job in existence. most jobs really. it's really not that bad most of the year. they give you a shyt load of personnel time off.

They will make u workk for that money, their job is not easy, u got cac dude watching your productivity, if u work slow, dude will come and chew your ear off.

I worked there for two weeks, i hustled and got me a job n bounced. I met people there who been working there for 10+ years. I dont undetstand, there is better paying jobs were u do far less work than at amazon.
