What's a nice lounge to hit up?? Away from downtown, and touristy chicago, and a predominantly black lounge?

Honestly...away from downtown is probably a bad choice for a out of towner in predominately black lounge. If she's never been, i'd take her STRAIGHT downtown to aviod a possible bad moment..

But she just went for the taste and didn't get a chance to get out of the dowtown area

And we from Detroit, so we see the same stuff y'all do,

And we're out of towners, but not in the sense anybody could tell

So we just lookin for a lounge type atmosphere to grab a few drinks to end our night, predominantly black and out of downtown

Honestly, I can't really help you fam..maybe one of the other chi breh's can get you right because i tend to stay away from that nowadays, i can't think of a lounge that I'd really send you to that ain't got some fukkery in it. Keep uppin this but someone should be able to lead you the right way soon....enjoy the city, fam.

I'll look into it...Chicago got spots that cater to diff crowds on different days. One day it could be all white people and the next all black....or nobody lol

Funky Buddah Lounge caters to a hip hop crowd.....and i dont think it would be clubbish in the middle of the week..but also...never heard of anything on a Wednesday either.

I dunno about pre-dom black, but I do know that Wicker Park should be decent on a Wednesday nite.....hit up Empire Liquors or Crocidile (free minipizza w/ a drink ).....Wrigley is not 100% cack, but mostly....u could hit that up.....

I dunno why, but Chi seem boring to me now.
