What does Chicago need then?

Everyone can acknowledge that Black on Black crime in any compacity is bad. But at least @☑︎#VoteDemocrat is saying with his chest, that he advocates the National Guard going into Chicago.

There are too many ppl on here who will say:

"Those numbers aren't low enough!!"

"Community Centers dont work!!"

"Youth outreach dont work!!"

"These things dont stop crime"

Yet nobodys is saying...with their chest...who or what is needed to change the circumstances of some of these impoverished black chicago neighborhoods with higher crime rates. Just more cynicism and snarkiness with poking fun at outreach programs and community centers. So...what DO you think they should do in these black neighborhoods in Chicago?

BTW, "freeing the gangleaders" shouldn't be met with snarkiness and sarcasim, since the main ones involved and putting together outreach programs and stopping violence before they happen, are the former gang leaders who have turned their lives around. So coming at all these myriad of ideas outside of Authoritarianism, is kinda funny to me...
