It was an absolutely horrible design and Kia/Hyundai should be held responsible to some degree.

Iโ€™m just not sure if it will stand up in court.
Potential huge domino effect. Other cities will follow suit depending on what happens here.

Residents still pissed, they want the thieves locked up and could give af about this lawsuit

Brandon is staying true to his campaign platform. When it comes to accountability, he looks at the macro perspective before the micro. Meaning... he wants smoke with the corporations and the powers that be. Downside is people feeling like he's not addressing immediate problems/issues and neglecting that side of the equation.

Got a good case imo, Hyundaiโ€™s cheapness is the sole reason this is even a thing compared to literally every other manufacturer and then had the nerve to drag their feet on supplying a solution as if it ainโ€™t their fault
