A lot of fans from cold weather cities want domed stadiums now because people are not trying to be in the cold watching their team play. If I’m paying $100+ for seats, I better be warm enjoying it. The Browns ownership are pushing for a dome now since the current lease expires within the next few years.

Whenever a city puts taxpayer money towards a stadium, they should always get ownership and a cut related to at least the percentage they put in going forward.
