thats good for you, but many people dont eat correct diets and go to the gym, and they party alot and gain weight

the phrase 'freshman 15' exists for a reason

all im saying is, even with that lifestyle, simply cutting out drinking that much sugar, will help. hed prolly end up replacing it with something just as bad tho, so its prolly moot.

soda is no joke brehs, i know people who cut out soda and did nothing else, and lost like 60 pounds

Some college kids do drugs and play video games and sure some do gain weight. Not all. However smart guy, the term 'flabby and sick' isn't just about weight which is what is being pointed out here. It's about being old, fat, and fell off. That's why Larry Holmes is referenced.
