So, his music goes hard as shyt, but anytime I see an interview of his its like the PERFECT example of horrible public speaking.

Don't artists (yes, for the sake of this thread lets call the young man an artist) complain that an A&R no longer takes the time to develop an artist like they used to? I used to think it was all bullshyt excuses for why they didn't sell records, but after seeing Keef's "interviews", its clear to see that this young man needs some coaching, or he should just not say anything at all unless Young Chop is on the beat.

Does Aaron Sorkin(writer of A Few Good Men, The West Wing and The Social Network) need guidance as well?

What about Nas?

There are alot of artists that aren't articulate when they speak, but that doesn't mean they're unintelligent. Chief Keef's job as an artist is to make songs, not verbally body slam interviews.

If you simpletons cant understand how marketability of an artist plays into how successful they are...then... :snoop:

this guy needs help, he has no personality it seems like.

so you comparing chief queef with kurt cobain?
:why:

Musically? No. Inarticulateness during interviews and being themselves no matter what situations they're in? Yes. Is "I Don't Like" a hard song, that even people who don't fukk with Keef admit they enjoy listening to? Yes. As long as he keeps making music like that(last time I checked he's a musical artist, not a UN ambassador) there's no reason for him to sound like another guy from Chicago who helped kill Bin Laden. It's about the music, not media training. You guys are always begging for artists to be "real" and when they are you complain. Make up your minds.

P.S.

"Chief Queef" isn't a clever insult, in fact it's pretty lazy and boring.

He can keep making his music, but if he wants to have a career or make a living he needs to work on his marketability. Unless, you feeding him?
